Oct. 21-22 ~ It’s almost time for Smoke on the Water in downtown Washington presented by Noon Rotary. This year will bring another fantastic event that includes a barbecue cook-off, chili cook-off, Dragon Boat Races, a fire engine pull, Arts of the Pamlico Fine Arts Show, vendors, artists, music, and more! Music in the Streets will kick things off on Friday evening, and be sure to check out the impressive showmanship of the pig cookers. These guys and girls have a lot of fun cooking pigs!
